Where do I find Google checkout orders?

Posted by Janine Warner - December 14, 2012 - Dreamweaver, ecommerce, FAQ, WordPress

Janine,
I watched your tutorial on Kelby training about DIY ECOMMERCE using Google shopping cart with WordPress. Great.
I had one question I don’t think was covered that I hope you can answer. “When the customer has paid  for the product, where does the order go to get fulfilled. Is it in the setup portion of google?”
Thanks so much,
Deny

Hi Deny,

Thanks for the kind words about my training video.
Every time you receive a new order, Google will email you and give you a link that takes you directly to the page with all of the information you need from the person to placed the order.
You can also log into the administrative tools that you log in to access all of your orders anytime. It’s in the same general area where you create the buttons to sell products in the first place. There you’ll find links to pages where all of your orders are listed.
These are useful because you can go back and look over past orders, but they also provide all of the information you need to fulfill each order, including the name, email, and address of the person who makes the purchase.
I hope the helps you make the most of your website,
Janine
