I stand behind my books, videos, services, and thetutorials on this site, but we're a small team so be patient when you try to contact us or send us questions.
If you're having trouble with an order, don't panic. We can always adjust and change orders as necessary, and we never process orders until we're ready to ship them. Just email janine@digitalfamily.com if you make a mistake or can't get the order system to work for you.
For deliveries, appointments, and anything that requires the phone, we often answer +1-323-935-0115 (and there's always voicemail if Janine is unavailable).
