Ask the Author
I try to answer all the questions I get via email. Sometimes I surprise people and solve a problem for them right away, but sometimes I'm out the country, or up against a tough deadline, or messages get caught in a spam filter, so I can't promis you'll get an answer, but I really do try to answer them all.
Before you send me a question, I do ask that you search my Dreamweaver FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions). You may find that I've already answered your question, and you can browse through questions you might not have thought of that other people have asked.
